Return and Refund Policy for US MEMORIES, LLC
At US MEMORIES, LLC, we strive to offer the highest-quality services and products. We want our clients to be fully satisfied with their experience and photographic results. Below is our return and refund policy:
1. Photographic Services (Sessions, Event Coverage, etc.)
Reservations and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking of any session or photographic service.

This deposit covers the time and date reserved for your session.

If the client decides to cancel the service at least 2 days in advance, it is possible to reschedule the session (subject to availability) without losing the deposit.

Cancellations made with fewer than 2 days’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit or an additional fee, as applicable.
Refunds for Cancellation

If the client cancels the service due to force majeure or reasons demonstrably beyond their control, each case will be evaluated individually to determine whether a full or partial refund is applicable.

In the event of rescheduling, the payment already made will be honored and the service may be rescheduled at no additional cost, as long as there is availability and it is coordinated within a reasonable timeframe.
Delivery of Photographs and Digital Products

Once the high-resolution digital photographs have been delivered and the final result has been approved, no refund will be offered, as the service is considered complete.

In the event of technical failures or editing errors attributable to US MEMORIES, LLC, corrections will be provided at no additional cost.
2. Refunds for Technical Failures or Company Liability

If, for any reason attributable to US MEMORIES, LLC, the photographic event cannot be covered or the images are entirely lost or damaged, a full refund of the payments made will be issued.

In situations where the client receives part of the service or part of the photos, a partial refund may be granted based on the portion not delivered or rendered unusable.
3. Refund Request Process
Initial Communication

To initiate any return or refund process, the client must contact US MEMORIES, LLC within the first 30 business days after making the payment.

It is recommended to clearly state the reason for the request and provide any necessary evidence (pictures of the damaged product, copy of the invoice, etc.).
Evaluation

Each request will be analyzed individually, taking the specific circumstances into account. If approved, we will indicate the steps to follow (return of the product, replacement of materials, partial or full refund, etc.).
Response Time

We commit to responding to refund requests within 30 business days.

If applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method the client initially used (unless another method is agreed upon).
